A 4-week programme for midlife women ready to reassess their health, reignite motivation, and create simple, sustainable lifestyle changes in nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and overall wellness.

  • Initial health, lifestyle and goals assessment.

  • 4 x 60 minute 1:1 personalised coaching sessions (face to face - location dependent, or Zoom) focusing on nutrition, lifestyle habits and mindset.

  • Accountability through weekly email and WhatsApp.

8-WEEK ONLINE COACHING PLAN | £575

The Reset & Rise Programme

An 8 week programme for midlife women ready to move beyond quick fixes, reset their health, and create lasting, sustainable lifestyle changes, boosting energy, confidence, and a renewed zest for life.

  • 8 x 1:1 60 minute coaching sessions (via Zoom or in-person, location dependent).

The Aligned Programme

This is a 12 week, transformative  programme for midlife women  seeking to reconnect with their body, values and shift mindset, creating sustainable, personalised lifestyle changes that restore energy, confidence, and alignment in life.

  • Initial health and goals assessment.

  • 10 x 1:1 60 minute coaching sessions.

  • 2 x bonus short, focused 30 minute 1:1 coaching sessions that can be booked by arrangement with Lisa. 

  • All coaching sessions are via Zoom or in-person, location dependent.
