Health and wellness have been a passion of mine for many years. After having my second child, I qualified as a personal trainer, having seen first-hand the powerful physical and mental benefits that movement can bring.
Like so many women in midlife, the reality of juggling family life, work, the onset of perimenopause, and personal grief gradually led me to place everyone else’s needs before my own. My health slowly slipped to the bottom of the list. Unhealthy coping habits crept in, and I began to feel constantly fatigued, unmotivated, and disconnected from myself. I had lost my spark and felt completely out of alignment with the healthy life I valued so deeply.
I knew something had to change. As I began rebuilding healthier habits, my mindset shifted. I started to feel like myself again, and it was during this journey that I discovered health coaching.
Health coaching showed me how powerful guidance, support, and compassion can be, especially during midlife. Today, I’m passionate about helping women rediscover their energy, confidence, and sense of self. With the right support, lasting change isn’t just possible, it’s achievable.
